Can I change or cancel an order?
You may change or cancel any item from your order, provided that it has not yet entered the shipping process, by contacting us by e-mail, phone or fax. Changes and cancellations cannot be made online.

After I place an order, will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, Your confirmation is sent via e-mail. For your protection, it does not include credit card information. If you do not receive the e-mail confirmation, please call us at (800) 279-3052 (1-620-431-2479 outside the U.S.) to verify that we have the correct e-mail address on file.

How much does shipping cost?
For orders shipped within the United States, the standard shipping method is UPS Ground, based on the total purchase price of items ordered.
Rush service is available upon request for an extra charge based upon the weight of products ordered. If you are interested in Rush Service, call the our toll-free number at (800) 279-3052 (1-620-431-2479 outside the U.S.). 
For orders shipped outside the United States, actual shipping costs will be charged when your order is processed. Because this varies on a case-by-case basis, we cannot include an estimate on the web site. If you have questions, please call us for details.
If the wrong shipping charge is selected, we will correct the error before processing the order.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Kansas. Kansas laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order. Sales tax is calculated on cost of goods only. Shipping and handling is not taxed.

How do I return/exchange an item?
Our return/exchange policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return/exchange any item in its original condition. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please call our toll-free number 1 (800) 279-3052 (1-620-431-2479 outside the U.S.) to verify availability. Return the item with a copy of your original receipt and reason for the return to: Tioga Territory 502 E. Main Chanute, KS 66720.  Your purchase price and sales tax will be refunded to you by the same method of payment.

Due to the nature of our business we will accept no items for return that have been personalized or dated.
